Talented Crew of Four Reaffirms Celebrated Restaurant's Excellence in Fine Dining
San Francisco, CA...Masa's, one of San Francisco's most beloved and highly esteemed restaurants, has assembled an extremely talented and experienced front and back of the house team in Chefs Gregory Short and Keith Jeanminette, Master Sommelier Alan Murray, and General Manager and Maitre d'Hotel Todd Stillman, to continue to provide the restaurant's superior service and exquisite cuisine. Executive Chef Short, who worked as Chef de Partie and Sous Chef under Chef Thomas Keller at The French Laundry for seven years and entered Masa's as Richard Reddington's Sous Chef, confidently takes the helm as Executive Chef. Veteran Keith Jeanminette, whose twelve-year career at Masa's allowed him to work with a string of star chefs beginning with Julian Serrano, continues to create extraordinary desserts. Alan Murray, the charismatic Australian who earned the coveted distinction of Master Sommelier in Feburary 2005, heads the detailed and thoughtful wine program. And, Todd Stillman, after a four-year hiatus, returns to provide his signature gift for orchestrating seamless service. From beginning to end, this symbiotic union of four skillfully composes extraordinary dining experience.
